Recipe:
500gr Gigantes (leave in water for 24 hours)
50 gr Gevoo (Greek extra virgin olive oil)
250gr TRADIFRESH Lygistis red roasted pepper spreads (any flavour of your preference)
2 carrots
1 Florina red pepper
1 red onion medium size (chopped)
1 white onion medium size (chopped)
1 fresh onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic medium size
1 cinnamon stick
1 Bay leaf
Lemon zest (optional)
Parsley
Salt pepper & 1/2 litre of water
* In the slow cooker for 2h and voilà.
