Summer pasta!

After a very busy day, plus this heat/I was super hungry so I wanted to cook light and easy! In 30 min we had a nutritious meal and simple to make!

Let’s do it together….. Helena’s recipe!


250 gr pasta of your preference (I used pappardelle home made in Greece)
250 gr Rocket or spinach or kale
50 gr Gevoo
50gr TRADIFRESH Lygistis red roasted pepper spread
1 fresh onion
3 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper
1 Florina’s red pepper
Fresh parsley/spearmint/peppermint
